There are 4 types of vendor users:

Vendor User Administrator (VUA): These users manage the access, subscription and other users (VM, VS and VO) of the system of their entity. They also maintain basic information about their entity such as company registration number, tax ID and trading terms and conditions. A VUA must register first.

Vendor Manager (VM): These users respond to Rate Requests by creating Quotes, declining Rate Requests, or requesting a VS to help create a Quote. VM’s are the main vendor users of the system. They would be equivalent to staff in sales, business development or key accounts.

Vendor Sales Support (VS): The role of Sales Support is to assist the VM in responding to Rate Requests.

Vendor Operations (VO): Operational staff is able to access quotations required for billing and auditing.
